In addition to the elaborate creations of the Wessobrunner artists the ceiling frescos of the Augsburg artist, Matthäus Günther, are particularly noteworthy.

<p>Beyond the Collegiate there are marvellous fruit plantations and vineyards and The Turkish Tower is a reminder of the region’s historic past.

As with the entire area of the monastery the unique treasures of the Chorherrenstift Neustift have been preserved for posterity.
